Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Marshfield, MA to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $20 to $24 per hour with weekly pay, and choose from full-time or part-time schedules to fit your availability.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, while following personalized care plans and reporting changes to the care team. Flexible shifts include first and second, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to follow scheduled shifts and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
