Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility in the home.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders as needed and assist with ROM exercises.
