Job summary

At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA to provide comprehensive in-home care in Northwest Houston. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment, while monitoring clients’ health and building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving or related field experience.
• Owns vehicle with insurance and valid driver’s license.
• Resides in Northwest Houston (Spring, Klein, Tomball, Cypress, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Cy-Fair).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administer medication as needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA at At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our clients, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Administering medication as needed
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our clinical team
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or in a related field
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Must have own vehicle with insurance and driver's license
• Must reside in Northwest Houston (Spring, Klein, Tomball, Cypress, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Cy-Fair)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as transferring clients
• High school diploma or equivalent required
