Job summary

Right at Home Wayne County is hiring caring individuals to join our in-home care team in Detroit. We are seeking dependable caregivers, CNAs, HHAs and companions who will provide compassionate, respectful care to seniors and adults in their homes.

Starting pay is $16 per hour based on experience. We offer a $300 sign-on bonus, a $200 caregiver referral bonus, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, consistent hours, paid training and ongoing support, plus employee recognition and rewards.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate caregivers with the ability to provide reliable in-home care.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients and families.
