Job summary

At Home Healthcare in Tennessee is seeking compassionate in-home care aides to assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship. No prior experience required; training is provided at no cost.

You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with opportunities for flexible scheduling, benefits including health and paid time off, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who cannot care for themselves.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating, and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving and eating.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office.
