Job summary

Senior Helpers - Aurora-Geneva is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home non-medical support to clients in the Geneva/Aurora area. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$20/hour), pay on demand, paid time off, training and certification opportunities, mileage reimbursement for qualifying shifts, and a supportive 24/7 office team.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others.
• Ability to follow a personalized client care plan and provide updates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Remind and administer medications per plan.
• Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home.
• Run errands and transportation as needed.
• Follow the client care plan and document updates for supervisors.
