Arden Courts in Seminole, FL is seeking a full-time Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, and social engagement. You will be part of the Health & Wellness Team delivering compassionate care in a memory-care environment.

The position requires a High School diploma, basic reading/writing skills and English, plus a background screening. Prior dementia care is preferred; certification per state regulations is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading and writing skills; able to speak English clearly.
• Experience with elderly residents and dementia preferred.
• Certification required per state regulations.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility.
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and social activities.
• Monitor health needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety of residents.
