Job summary

At Home Healthcare in Coalmont, TN is seeking caring in-home aides to support clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship in their own homes. No experience required; we provide training at no cost.

You will work one-on-one, follow health and safety guidelines, and help clients maintain independence, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. We value compassionate, reliable care and offer a supportive team environment, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Willingness to learn housekeeping, cooking and personal care services.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties.
• Adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, dressing, personal care, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.).
• Plan and prepare meals and assist clients in serving and eating.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.

• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals and, in some cases, assist the client in serving and eating the meals.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to do so successfully.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.
