Homewatch CareGivers of Saint Cloud is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers to support clients in living safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship, delivering compassionate, dignified care in clients' own residences.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, competitive pay, and a supportive culture that values your contributions. Prior experience is welcome but training is available, and travel to client homes within the service area

Qualifications

• Willingness to Travel: Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is available.
• Background Screening: Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Supporting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Homemaking Services: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and fostering a sense of connection and well-being.
