Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Resident Care Associates, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide exceptional care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Resident Care Associate preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient demeanor with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition; document care.

• Overnights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 4 Days On, 2 Days Off Rotation

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, Resident Care Associate, or CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents while helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands‑on assistance and compassionate support throughout their day.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individualized care plans
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences and engagement opportunities for residents

Qualifications

• Previous Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Associate experience preferred
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Senior Living experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Passion for serving seniors
