Job summary

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is seeking a hospitality-focused Caregiver to provide direct care to residents and to communicate care details to Nursing Staff and the Director. Open shifts include varying schedules and weekend rotation as needed.

We value professionalism, excellent communication, and a warm, guest-centered approach. Required: CPR certification, 6 months LTC/related facility experience, and successful background checks and screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience in long term care, rehabilitation, assisted living or memory care facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.
• Successful completion of the State of Illinois approved CNA training program.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies at the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and communicate the care to Nursing Staff & Director.
• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain hospitality standards.

THE ROOSEVELT AT SALT CREEK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Caregiver to join our team! This position provides direct care to residents and communicates the care provided to our Nursing Staff & Director.

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and customer service
• All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.
• Successful completion of the State of Illinois approved certified nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

Salary Range

$17.50-$22.00
