Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in California is hiring caregivers to help clients stay independent at home. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, plan meals, and handle household tasks while delivering compassionate support.

Join a team that values training, respect, and reliable support; the role requires driving to Alameda County communities such as Oakland, Hayward, Berkeley and beyond, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate is required.
• CA Home Care Aide registration is preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay independent in their homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Engage in meaningful activities.
• Listen to exciting stories.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a home caregiver with clients living w/dementia
• CA Home Care Aide registration
• Available to travel and work in Alameda and Trivalley locations.

Salary Range:

• $21.00-$24.00
