Job summary

Right at Home Middle Tennessee is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their own homes. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and companionship while offering flexible scheduling that fits your life.

We offer weekly pay, weekend shift differentials, health/dental options, referral bonuses, and paid training to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning and cooking.
• Support mobility and transfers for clients.
• Assist with errands or transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Assist with errands or transportations

• Provide companionship and emotional support

Caregiver Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Authorized to work in the US

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• 1 year of caregiving experience

• Lift/transfer experience preferred
