Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans with the nurse.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Follow the care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
