Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate, in-home support to clients in Massachusetts. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and weekly direct deposit to ensure reliable, dependable care close to home.

Ideal candidates hold a MA CNA or HHA certificate (preferred). Prior experience in home care or hospital settings is a major plus, and transportation to shifts is required for timely care.

• Compassionate, professional, dependable work ethic.
• Previous home care, assisted living, or hospital experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer timely medication reminders and coordinate with families/coordinators.
