Independent Home Health is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes across Carbondale and surrounding areas. You will help individuals stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with flexible scheduling and the chance to build meaningful relationships.

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Beaver Springs and surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.

Pay

• $15/hour - Waiver cases
• $16 to $17/hour - VA and Private Pay cases

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation

What We’re Looking For

You must:

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
