Job summary

Family & Nursing Care is expanding our home care team in Eastern Pennsylvania, seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for older adults in their homes in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.

We value dependable, professional caregivers who help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Pay is $19 per hour with benefits including health insurance, paid orientation, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on caregiving experience within the last three years with older adults.
• Current PA CNA License or HHA Certification preferred but not required.
• Must be a resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States.
• Current TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to older adults.
• Assist with daily living activities to maintain independence.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.
