Independent Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes. No professional caregiving experience is required, and hours are flexible to fit your schedule.

You’ll help with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure clients stay safe and independent at home. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

• Able to pass required background checks.
• Dependable, caring and patient.

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregiversto provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Beaver Springs and surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual's care plan
• Document the services you provide

What We're Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
