Job summary

Independent Home Health LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes. You will help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent, building meaningful relationships through compassionate in-home support.

No professional caregiving experience is required; if you are reliable, patient, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to talk with you. Earn $15–$17 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities across cases.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to complete required background checks.

Pay

• $15/hour – Waiver cases
• $16 to $17/hour – VA and Private Pay cases

What You’ll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you’re supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
