Job summary

St. John's Lutheran Community in Albert Lea, MN is hiring a full-time Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, light cooking, and light housekeeping. Shifts run 7am-3pm, 37.5 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay of $16.75-$19.63.

You will support elders, help with medications, and participate in daily activities that enhance well-being. The role offers benefits and contributes to a compassionate, faith-based care environment at our Meadows/Knutson campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living care and assistance to residents.
• Perform housekeeping and light cooking as needed.
• Assist with passing medications and participate in activities for resident enjoyment.

Shift: 7am-3pm

Being a Caregiver is a great experience to learn about healthcare and how to serve the elders that live at the Meadows Assisted Living and Knutson Place Apartments. The relationships built while working are priceless. We will teach you the skills to be successful.

Some of the duties include daily living cares, housekeeping, light cooking, passing medication and assisting in fun daily activities that make life enjoyable for the tenants.
