Job summary

Guardian Angel Homes in Washington state is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will provide hands-on support to residents, promoting dignity and independence, and collaborate with nurses and teammates to ensure exceptional care.

The role welcomes licensed CNAs or HCAs, or those pursuing credentials, with paid training and opportunities for growth. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for licensed individuals.

Qualifications

• Current CNA, HCA, or NAR credential or ability to obtain
• Caregiving or senior living experience preferred but not required
• Medication administration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living

As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to residents while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance while promoting resident independence and safety
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining support
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or mental condition
• Documenting resident care and services provided
• Responding to resident needs with compassion, patience, and respect
• Supporting residents with memory care needs
• Assisting with medication administration and documentation when appropriately trained and authorized
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

Requirements

• Current CNA, HCA, or NAR credential, or ability to obtain required credentials
