Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement. You will follow individual service plans and work closely with branch leadership to adapt care as needs change.

• High School Diploma or GED; or one-year related experience.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional training or education as required by state.

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Caregiver Assistant! The Caregiver Assistant supports resident care within the branch. Ensuring Resident’s daily needs are met in a compassionate way that maintains their dignity, allowing them to live their life to the fullest!
