Home Care Evolution in Saginaw, MI is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide in-home senior support. You’ll set flexible shifts, delivering personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes.

The role emphasizes respectful, patient care with a focus on dignity, safety, and improved quality of life for seniors. Prior senior care experience is valued and local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 30-minute radius of your home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsabilités

• Personal Care with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Healthy Meals & Homes: Prepare simple, nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and handle light laundry.
• Daily Mobility & Exercise: Support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Medication Reminders: Keep clients on schedule and note any wellness changes.
• Meaningful Companionship: Share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
