Merrill Gardens at West Chester is seeking a Senior Living Caregiver for a PT shift from 6am to 2pm. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management as allowed, and daily progress reporting within a caring, family-inspired community.

Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)
Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
