Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide compassionate in-home care. Full-time and part-time options with mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts, plus weekends. Earn $13–$15 per hour with weekly pay, daily pay option, and benefits.

Training and growth opportunities are offered. Applicants should be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the US, and have a valid driver’s license with vehicle.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.

Caregiver Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent

• Authorized to work in the US

• Driver's license with vehicle

• Some Caregiving Experience Preferred

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
