Right at Home Montgomery is hiring caring individuals to join our team of Home Health Aides, CNAs, and Personal Care Assistants. You choose shifts that fit your life, whether a few hours a week or a flexible part-time schedule, with opportunities to earn on weekends.

Starting pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, with weekly or daily pay options and benefits including health and dental coverage, training, and referral bonuses. Authorized to work in the US and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients at home with daily tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, and errands.
