Service Areas

San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, Los Osos, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Arroyo Grande, Cayucos, Templeton, Grover Beach, Avilla Beach, Nipomo, Santa Maria.

Home Care Aide Duties

• Companion Care: companionship, activities, hydration and nutrition reminders, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, meal prep, laundry, medication reminders, rides to errands and appointments.
• Personal Care: grooming, showering/toileting assistance, fall prevention, Parkinson’s and dementia care, vitals monitoring and reporting changes.
• Assist with all ADLs as assigned.
• Running errands (personal vehicle required, mileage reimbursement).
• Maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff.

Requirements

• Working smartphone.
• Read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
• Valid driver license with no serious violations.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation to/from work.
• Obtain lifetime background check clearance (LiveScan) before employment (paid).
• Register with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (paid).
• Negative Tuberculosis test (paid).
