Compensation & Growth:

• Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour (determined by a skills test)

Work Location & Schedule:

• Where You'll Work: You will provide care in clients' homes throughout Rio Vista and surrounding areas.
• Flexible Schedules: We work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. Must have at least 16 hours of availability per week.
• Our Home Office: Our office is in Vacaville, CA. You will only need to visit for your in-person interview, orientation, and occasional reviews. The heart of your work happens in our clients' homes.

Join Our Team If You Have:

• A valid California driver's license (Must be California unless you also have a military ID).
• A registered and insured vehicle (Required).
• Proof of current auto insurance and registration (Required).
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills (Required).
• Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last 90 days (Required).
• The ability to pass a background check.
• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred, but a big heart and a willingness to learn are just as important!).
