Cheer Home Care, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate non-medical home care to the elderly and disabled in La Jolla, CA. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients live comfortably at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, and driving clients to appointments. Certifications such as CNA/HHA and CPR are helpful but not required; drivers with mileage reimbursement are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care to elderly or disabled.
• Ability to drive client in their own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Comfort with companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation tasks.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical home care including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal prep.
• Transport clients to medical appointments.
• Provide dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, hospice care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: Monday and Tuesday (9AM-5PM), Thursday (9AM-7PM)

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Hourly Care
• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
