• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence with dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care; help with housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive, respectful care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
