Job summary

Mom's Home Care in Los Angeles (Westwood 90049) seeks caregivers for weekend daytime shifts to support an elderly client with dementia and Parkinson’s. Duties include companionship, supervision, transfers, mobility assistance, reminders for medications, meals, showers, and personal care, with a walker and fall risk.

We have an ongoing case available in the Westwood area of Los Angeles 90049. Shifts are Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7a-7p. Rate $21/hr plus applicable OT. The client lives alone, has dementia and Parkinson’s. Please provide companionship, supervision, assistance with transfers and mobility, and support with daily activities. She ambulates with a walker and requires medication reminders, meal preparation, assistance with showers and personal care, and close supervision due to her risk of falling.
