Job summary

A community service organization in Zelienople seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. The ideal candidate is 18+, has reliable transportation, and can pass background checks. Our organization offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and additional incentives for training and retention.

• Willing to complete paid QuantiFERON TB test and 2-day new hire training.

What You'll Do

As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by assisting with:

• Personal care needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Running errands
• Pay

Starting rate: $14.15/hour
Higher pay available for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

Who We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to pass background checks (Act 33/34, FBI, MA fraud check) — we cover the cost!
• Willing to complete paid QuantiFERON TB test and 2-day new hire training
• Prior experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus — but not required!
