Village Caregiving in Crandon, WI is hiring dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors and veterans in their homes. No prior caregiving experience is required, as we provide paid training and CPR certification to help you start a meaningful career.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow with our company. Competitive pay starts at $18–$22 per hour with daily pay options and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred; certification can be obtained through our training process.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Providing mobility and walking assistance inside and outside the home.
• Offering medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
• Assisting with shopping and transportation to appointments when needed
• Helping clients complete physical therapy exercises and other recommended activities
• Communicating with clients, family members, and office staff regarding care needs and changes in condition
• Keeping accurate records of hours worked, services provided, and required care notes
• Reporting unusual changes or concerns to the appropriate office staff
• Responding appropriately and responsibly in emergency situations

Job Responsibilities

As an in-home caregiver, you will help clients with everyday activities and provide support that allows them to remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Responsibilities include:
