We are seeking reliable, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and improve the quality of life for our clients in Williams, AZ. This part‑time role includes potential travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening upon hire.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Participate in in‑service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by the supervisor.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar positions preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and medication reminders, while offering companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, complete grocery shopping, clean kitchens, and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry.
• Help clients with transfers, accompany them to appointments or outings, and assist with phone calls or community activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or environment and maintain documentation.
• Follow care plans, attend required training, and ensure confidentiality and safety compliance.

Job Description:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and medication reminders, while offering companionship and emotional support. Transport clients as needed.
• Prepare meals, complete grocery shopping, clean kitchens, and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or environment to the supervisor and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Requirements

Caregiver Requirements:
