ComForCare Home Health Care - Temecula is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients at home, helping them stay independent and safe within their own living spaces.

You will provide daily activities support, personal care, mobility assistance, meal planning, household tasks, and meaningful companionship to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Add any state regulated minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
