Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Whitney, TX is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You’ll provide companionship, help with daily activities, and support families with peace of mind.

We offer flexible scheduling with pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a caring, supportive team that values your voice and contributions.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in Whitney, Hillsboro and surrounding Hill County communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and personal care tasks.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and accompany to appointments.
• Assist with errands and transportation when required.
• Offer dementia and Alzheimer’s support and reassurance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most, their own home.

Depending on the client's needs, you may assist with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care and hygiene
• Dressing and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Errands and transportation
• Alzheimer's and dementia support
• Providing families with peace of mind

But caregiving is about more than completing a task list. Sometimes the most important thing you do is make someone laugh. Listen to a story they've told before. Notice that something doesn't seem quite right. Help someone maintain their dignity. Or simply make a senior feel less alone. That's the kind of care we're looking for.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for caregivers throughout Whitney, Hillsboro, and surrounding Hill County communities who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, CNA work, PCA work, or caring for a family member is a plus.

Pay: $14-$16/hour

Schedules: Flexible opportunities based on client needs and availability.
