Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in Minnesota is hiring caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role offers $19.68 per hour for full-time employment, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships and grow within a mission-driven team.

You’ll assist participants with daily activities, support personal goals, and help them engage with their community. A HS diploma and caregiving experience are preferred; valid driver’s license required for some shifts.

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
