Endurance Home Care in Weston, CT is hiring per diem CNA, PCA, or HHA caregivers who have a valid driver’s license and access to a car. Shifts include Weekday, Night, Evening, and Weekend; pay ranges $20–$25 per hour.

Candidates should be able to commute within Fairfield County, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for wage increases and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car for commuting.
• Ability to lift significant weight and assist with transfers.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and grocery shopping.
• Support safe mobility and daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Administer medication reminders and help with prescriptions.
• Follow care plans and report health changes to the Care Team.
• Coordinate medical appointments and related health activities.
• Attend monthly in-service trainings.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Safety supervision and safe mobility assistance to help prevent falls
• Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care
• Client transportation for errands and appointments
• Medication reminders and assistance with filling prescriptions
• Following a care plan and daily and weekly reporting of notes and changes in health status to the Care Team
• Facilitating and managing medical appointments and other related health activities
• Monthly in-service trainings

Requirements

• Upbeat, optimistic, compassionate, positive attitude and energetic
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver
• Must be able to lift significant weight and assist in transferring clients
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive and means of transportation
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT
• Legally authorized to work within the United States
• Bank account with direct deposit capabilities
• No serious criminal offenses as confirmed by background check
