Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a caring Caregiver in Westlake Village, CA. You will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a warm, safe environment for residents.

This role offers paid training and career growth, with benefits and a range of compensation. You will participate in memory care activities when needed and engage families to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range: 17.20 - 21.55
