Job summary

AccentCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care, helping clients stay safely in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, supporting seniors and their families.

Competitive hourly pay of $20–$21 in California, with options for daily pay, referral bonuses, and benefits eligibility. AccentCare emphasizes training, career development, and inclusive, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is a plus.
• Must want to have fun while delivering care.
• CA Caregiver Registration (HCA) required or AccentCare can assist with obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care and bathing as needed.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.
