What You’ll Need To Succeed

A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive up to 25 miles to a client’s home

Reliable transportation and current auto insurance (required for client transport)

Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (Safety-sensitive position. Pre-employment drug screening required)

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

At least 18 years old

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Support clients with dementia or memory care needs

Prepare meals based on dietary needs

Drive clients to appointments or errands

Offer medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Help with daily routines that keep clients safe and independent
