Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is looking for a Caregiver to provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities in Vallejo, California. The role requires a genuine passion for helping others, reliable transportation, and preferred certifications such as CPR and California HCA Registration. Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion to serve and help others.
• Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License, Auto Registration, and Insurance.
• CPR certification preferred; California HCA Registration is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to support independence at home.
• Provide personal care including bathing and hygiene support.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals, including feeding assistance if needed.
• Manage light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Offer companionship and respite care to support families.

What we’re looking for

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with daily activities to support independence at home

Salary Range

Starting $20.00 an hour based on the type of care provided. Companion care starts at $20/hour, with more advanced care potential for a higher rate.
