Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare – Mainline & Delaware County Office is hiring caregivers to join a trusted home care team serving Mainline & Delaware County for 16+ years. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and support with errands in clients’ homes across the region.

We offer flexible schedules, unlimited overtime potential, a $250 referral bonus program after 90 days, and benefits including 401K with company match and AFLAC supplemental insurance.

Qualifications

• Experienced caregiver/home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Able to provide personal care tasks and companions on assignments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
