Job summary

MK Homecare LLC is seeking dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes. You will support daily living activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and safe, respectful care per each client’s plan.

Responsibilities include documenting care notes, reporting changes, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality while communicating professionally with families and the care team. Candidates must be 18+ and complete onboarding and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
• Complete care notes and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow care plans, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and care team.
• Ensure punctuality and dependable attendance for scheduled shifts.

About the Role

MK Homecare is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes. Caregivers help clients maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and independence while following each client’s individualized care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility, positioning, and transfer assistance as required by the client’s care plan
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care and living environment
• Assist with reminders and routine daily activities
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition, behavior, or needs
• Complete required care notes and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow client care plans, company procedures, and safety requirements
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team
• Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance for scheduled shifts

Requirements
