Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver in Wisconsin. You’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assist with daily activities, and help participants live well in the community.

Eligible candidates enjoy meaningful work, competitive pay, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for professional growth. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred to support community activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with individuals who have developmental needs.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with daily living activities and skill-building.
• Help participants engage in community activities and outings.
• Assist with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to tailor plans.
