New Perspective Twin Ports in Superior, WI is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily quality care, engage residents in activities, and support meals while upholding safety standards.

We offer training with tuition assistance and opportunities to advance to Med Passer, Lead, CNA or STNA; join a team that values service, collaboration, and Living Life on Purpose.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• PCA, Med Passer/Lead, CNA/STNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and hospitably.
• Assist with daily personal and medical care per care plans.
• Provide physical, brain, and social/spiritual enrichment activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record medical and health documentation per procedures.
• Cook, serve and feed meals for an engaging dining experience.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness daily.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
• Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
• Observe residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
• Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
• Cook, serve, and feed meals to provide an engaging dining experience
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary-- training will be provided
• High school diploma or work equivalency required
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
• Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
