Sevita REM Community Services is hiring care professionals to provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll help participants with daily living, learn about their goals, and build meaningful relationships in a mission-driven team.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
