Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to join REM Community Services in Kansas to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will help with daily living, personal care, and community participation, while collaborating with a supportive team to promote independence and well-being. This role values empathy, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Work with care teams to implement plans and monitor progress.
• Document care provided and observe changes in participants' condition.
