Addus HomeCare in Springfield, TN is seeking Caregivers/Home Care Aides to provide compassionate in-home support. We offer flexible, full-time or part-time hours to fit your availability and work close to home.

This role includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transporting clients to appointments. We provide a quick start, weekly pay with Daily Pay option, direct deposit, and MEC coverage options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED and/or 1 year work experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments and run daily errands as needed.
