Job summary

Amada Senior Care Northwest NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home care to clients in Sparta, NJ. Must hold an active NJ CHHA license and be able to commute to Sparta regularly.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($19–$22/hr), weekly pay, and supportive team structure with on-call assistance and paid training. Reliable transportation is preferred to ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification issued by the Board of Nursing of New Jersey.
• Must be able to commute to Sparta, NJ.
• Experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and transfers (if needed)
• Light housekeeping and medication reminders
• Transportation for doctor's appointments and errands
• Communicate with our care team to ensure the best care possible
